House Special Noodle Soup (Pho)
$8.99Rare steak, well-done flank, beef ball, tendon and tripe.
A noodle kitchen on Foothill Boulevard in Rialto — Vietnamese pho, stir-fried noodles, and Chinese plates, all under twenty dollars.
Yang Noodle House Pho sits on Foothill Boulevard in Rialto, in the Food 4 Less plaza. It is a noodle counter first — bowls of pho built on a long-simmered broth, served with bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño and lime on the side so you finish the bowl the way you like it.
Past the pho, the kitchen runs wide. Charbroiled pork over rice vermicelli, pad see ew and pad thai off the wok, fried rice, and the Chinese plates regulars come back for — orange chicken, kung pao, honey walnut shrimp. Portions are generous and most of the menu lands under fifteen dollars.
Rare steak, well-done flank, beef ball, tendon and tripe.
Rice vermicelli with herbs, cucumber, bean sprouts, peanuts and pickled carrot.
Crisp chicken in a sweet-tart orange glaze.
Flat rice noodles pan-fried with egg, Chinese broccoli and sweet soy.

“New in town, found this place due to ratings. Checked it out myself and I was not disappointed. The young lady Sylvia was friendly and made sure we sampled a few of their items. Delicious. My family and I loved the food so much.”
“I got the combo pho and it was delicious. The portion size was also huge.”
“I love the beef ribs in gravy but their barbecue pork is incredible.”
